I see this Balmain Resort 2012 Collection dress on the cover of magazines, the internet, gossip rags and fashion glossies... Pretty much EVERYWHERE. But the place I see it most? My dreams. I literally dream about it. And I swear I heard tears coming from my closet last night because this dress does not reside there. Yet...

Asian uber-model Sui He was photographed by Mark Segal and styled by David Vandewal for a Vogue China editorial entitled "Flower Fairy" that is everything I love in a fashion editorial. Lace mask? Check. Perfect hair and makeup? Check. Stunning couture? Check. Gorgeous headpieces? Check. Accessories that me swoon? Check. Truth be told, they had me wide open with the gorgeous lace mask... The rest was just icing on the glamorous cake.

Chanel is now offering cosmetic pads which they are referring to as "LE COTON" ($20)...

Stella McCartney has announced her newest fragrance "L.I.L.Y" will launch exclusively at London based department store Selfridges on January 26th before going global on February 15th. There are 2 interesting facts about this new scent, the first being that it's top note is truffle. Yes, I said truffle. I'm intrigued in a good way.

The second interesting fact about Stella's latest scent is the name. "L.I.L.Y" was her father Paul's nickname for her mother Linda as it stands for "Linda I Love You". My heart melted when I learned that. The love story of Paul and Linda McCartney has always been pure, beautiful and inspiring and tonight I realized that not only does Linda rest in peace but she also rests in love...

~The Day "Glamour Whore" Had Her Very Own Cupcake!!~

It's National Cupcake Day!! My second favorite day of the year (Valentine's Day is 1st) and even though I most likely will not get one of my beloved cuppycakes today as I am home sick in bed (I know, I know...that's CRAZY!!) I got to reminiscing about the day, a lil over a year ago, that The Glamour Whore had it's own official cupcake thanx to the amazing Cupcake Stop here in NYC. We had been following each other on Twitter and after noticing my obsession with cupcakes (their cupcakes in particular) they contacted me and offered to create the "Glamour Whore Cupcake"... I was ECSTATIC!! All I had to do was sent them the header from the site and they did the rest and they did an incredible job!! The cupcake was as delicious as it was beautiful and I felt unbelievably special. It led to a great friendship with the company and a few months after that I was actually asked to be one of their cupcake models for their event at Lord and Taylor on that year's FNO (Fashion's Night Out). ~Quite Possibly The Best Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign I Have Ever Seen~

The creative directors at ad agency DDB should get a big fat raise and bonus for creating a breast cancer awareness campaign that women of all ages, but especially the 18-35 demographic, can relate to. I also love the fact that it's message is short but very clear: EVEN SUPERHEROES CAN GET BREAST CANCER SO PLEASE GET CHECKED AND REMEMBER TO REGULARLY CHECK YOURSELF!!!
